We would like to congratulate the first member of our management team on successfully becoming an Associate Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.

Contracts Manager Dylan Lovelock, has worked within the demolition and waste recycling sector for over 20 years and has developed a broad knowledge and understanding of the technical complexities and challenges of today’s industry.
One of our key objectives at Matthews is to identify ways to continually improve our skills, knowledge and training; we believe that the IDE is an excellent platform to do this as the selection procedure thoroughly tests and develops the knowledge of its candidates.

Dylan successfully managed to pass part 1 and part 2 of the examination to achieve his Associate Member status and will now continue his professional development as a Demolition Engineer to attain his Professionally Qualified Person CSCS card.

I will continue to work hard to progress my professional development and further my knowledge in an effort to achieve full member status and gain my Professionally Qualified Person CSCS card.
